New CFO Named Bringing Further Strength to Scarab Management Team
Dan Lensgraf recently joined the Scarab team as Chief Financial Officer. Prior to taking on his current role, Dan spent seven years in the commercial and merchant banking industry, and twelve years collectively as Chief Executive Officer of various high growth organizations involved in the telecom and software industries. He has extensive fund raising, merger/acquisition, and integration and cost control experience.
Dan attended University of Oklahoma and received his BBA in 1984. Following college, he attended Duke University and received his MBA in 1988. Dan is married, has two daughters, and he and his family reside in Houston, Texas.

Insofar as it relates to ESI, prior planning and preparation is essential for a meaningful Rule 26(f) Conference. In order to achieve this goal, it may be necessary for parties to exchange information prior to the Rule 26(f) Conference. Such a proposal is not unheard of and the benefit of such communication can be immeasurable in the long run. In fact, the United States District Court of Maryland very recently released a suggested protocol for use in cases where ESI may be involved.
